Prosperity of a Nation depends on the quality of skilled human resources and not on the quantity of graduates. Unfortunately, the ratio of graduates to skilled human resources is not appropriate and needs to be balanced. It is the duty of every education institution as well as parents to develop intellectuals with moral values. In this regard, our beloved Founder Dr. K.C. Naik started SAL programme to uplift students to compete in the competitive world with knowledge and moral values.
Training is required to mould raw minds into valuable personalities in the early age itself. Through SAL we develop a competitive mind and instill confidence in students.

This programme was introduced in our school for Grade 6 – 10 students to enhance their intelligence, explore their hidden talents, skills, and harness their potential to the maximum to excel in the competitive world.
SAL is specially developed by our PU lecturers to motivate children to participate and outshine in all kinds of competitions with particular emphasis on academics.
SAL is designed to reach out to all categories of students in the fields of Science, Technology, Commerce and literature. It also prepares students to take up competitive exams at National and International Levels.
SAL runs with an advanced curriculum in comparison, but at the same time parallel to the Board curriculum. Experts from different fields will guide and train students through modern methods of education.
How SAL is different from existing programmes.
- It is not just about training students for a particular competitive exam, but more about developing skills and preparing them to face challenges of the future in a successful way.
- SAL inspires students to learn and then contemplate on the knowledge and skills they acquire through a research mentality.

- SAL uplifts a low performing student to the mainstream, and also guides to opt for streams they are inclined towards.

- It also creates awareness and basic training for civil service exams like KAS, IAS, IFS, IPS, and IRS and so on.
- SAL has special modules dedicated for languages like English, Sanskrit and Hindi thereby enhancing the scope of learning these languages and improving one’s technical communication.
- SAL prepares students to develop research skills through practical and innovative methods of learning.
