Shakthi Residential School organized the closure of School cabinet for the academic year 2020-21.
“You don’t need a title to be a leader, if you are proactive, honest, good at listening, generous, confident and strong at communication that will make you a leader” said Prakyath Rai Institute Development Officer speaking on this occasion, as the Chief Guest. He tried to elicit a few qualities that make up a leader initially and gave them time to analyze and review the ones they do not possess.
Master Sidhanth, the Head Boy thanked everyone for the trust assigned to him and for the support. He was confident that he could do justice to the task after the re-opening of the school with the cooperation of all fellow cabinet members. He thoroughly enjoyed his duties all through the year though it was cut short due to the pandemic.

ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಮಣಿಕತೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಮಾಡುವ ಛಲ, ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸವಿದ್ದಾಗ ಈ ಉತ್ತಮ ಗುಣಗಳೇ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನಾಯಕರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿವೆ. ಒಂದು ಸಂಘಟನೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸುವ ಚಾಕಚಕ್ಯತೆ ಉಳ್ಳವನಿಗೆ ನಾಯಕತ್ವದ ಶೀರ್ಷಿಕೆಯ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ತನ್ನ ಸಹಪಾಠಿಗಳ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಅರಿತು, ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಸಲಹೆ, ಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡುವಉತ್ತಮ ಸಂವಹನಗಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಕೇಳುಗನಾದಾಗ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತೆಯೇ ಆತನನ್ನು ನಾಯಕನನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಶಕ್ತಿನಗರದ ಶಕ್ತಿ ವಸತಿ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ 2020-21 ರ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ವರ್ಷದ ಶಾಲಾ ಕ್ಯಾಬಿನೆಟ್ ಮುಚ್ಚುವಿಕೆಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಯಾದ ಶಾಲಾ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ದಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಖ್ಯಾತ್‌ ರೈ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಶಕ್ತಿ ವಸತಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಜಿ ಕಾಮತ್‌ ಅವರು ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಎನ್ನುವುದು ಕೆಲವರಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರವೇ ಇರುವ ವಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಗುಣ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ನಾಯಕರಾಗಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಒದಗಿದ ಅವಕಾಶವನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡಾಗ ಯಾರು ಬೇಕಾದರೂ ನಾಯಕರಾಗಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಒಂದು ಅನುಭವ ಮತ್ತು ಕಲಿಯಲು ಒಂದು ವೇದಿಕೆಯಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ನಾಯಕತ್ವದ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಶಾಲಾ ಹೆಡ್‌ಬಾಯ್ ಮಾಸ್ಟರ್ ಸಿದ್ದಾಂತ್ ಲಾಕ್‌ಡೌನ್ ನಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲಾ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭದ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತಾನು ನಿಭಾಯಿಸಿದ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಗಳು ಶಾಲಾ ವಾತಾವರಣದ ಶುಚಿತ್ವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತರ ಕಾಪಾಡುವಿಕೆ, ನಿರಂತರ ಮಾಸ್ಕ್ ಸ್ಯಾನಿಟೈಸರ್‌ನ ಬಳಕೆ ಮೊದಲಾದ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯವನ್ನು ನಿಭಾಯಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಪಾತ್ರವನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ಹೇಳಿದನು. ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಶಾಲಾಪೂರ್ವ ಸಂಯೋಜಕರಾದ ನೀಮಾ ಸಕ್ಸೇನಾ ಹಾಗೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಬೋಧಕ ಮತ್ತು ಬೋಧಕೇತರ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
