With reference to the Government Circular ADM2(4) Sa-Pra:01-2020-21, Shakthi Residential School, Shakthinagar, Mangaluru will re-open with the admission procedures from Monday 08.06.2020 for Grade 1-9.
As per the Government instructions children below 10 years are not permitted in the campus. Only parents are welcome with all precautionary measures. Wearing mask and following social distancing is mandatory. The Parents have to subject themselves to thermal screening and use sanitisers kept at the entrance before the campus tour.
The Parent-Teachers Meet is scheduled on Wednesday 10th June and Thursday 11th June 2020 to collect parents opinion on re-opening Schools and further submit a consolidated report to the State government. This meeting will be held in three sessions by strictly following Government guidelines. The School Management has made preparations to contain Covid-19 by arranging required furnitures and spacious classrooms. However, it would look forward to the consent of the Government to re-open as the health of its Students and staff is of utmost concern.

ಮಂಗಳೂರು ಜೂ. 03 : ಶಕ್ತಿ ರೆಸಿಡೆನ್ಶಿಯಲ್ ಶಾಲೆಯು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಎಡಿಎಂ 2(4) ಶಾ. ಪ್ರಾ : 01-2020-21 ರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಒಂದನೇ ತರಗತಿಯಿಂದ 9 ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯವರೆಗೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ : 08.06.2020 ರಿಂದ ಶಾಲಾ ದಾಖಲಾತಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರಂಭಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿ ಪ್ರಕಾರ 10 ವರ್ಷದೊಳಗಿನ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ದಾಖಲಾತಿಗೆ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬರಬಾರದು. ಅವರ ಪೋಷಕರು ಮಾತ್ರ ಬರಬಹುದು. ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಅಂತರ ಕಾಪಾಡಬೇಕು. ಮಾಸ್ಕನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಧರಿಸಿರಬೇಕು. ಶಾಲೆಯ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಯು ಕೋವಿಡ್-19 ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಅಳವಡಿಸಿರುವ ನಿಯಮವನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸಬೇಕು.
ದಿನಾಂಕ : 10-06-2020 ಮತ್ತು 11-06-2020 ರಂದು ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪೋಷಕರ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಅಂತರವನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡುವ ದೃಷ್ಠಿಯಿಂದ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು 3 ಹಂತಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆಯ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಶಾಲೆಯನ್ನು ಪುನರಾಂಭಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯವನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಆದೇಶ ಬಂದ ಮೇಲೆ ಶಾಲೆಯನ್ನು ಪುನರಾಂಭಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ನಮ್ಮ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಯು ಕೋವಿಡ್-19 ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಿದೆ. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಅಂತರ ಕಾಪಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ತರಗತಿ ನಡೆಸಲು ಬೇಕಾಗಿರುವ ಕೊಠಡಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಪಿಠೋಪಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ದಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ.
