Rajyotsava day is celebrated with great joy and vigour all over the state of Karnataka. The entire state wears a festive look on this day as the red and yellow Kannada flags are hoisted at different strategic locations across the state and the Kannada anthem “Jaya BharathaJananiyaTanujate” is chanted.
Kannada is not just a language it is the strength of kannadigas. Our Culture and Literature has taken a wonderful contour as we explore. The young kannada folks of Shakthi exhibited their talents in Kannada Handwriting contest, Drawing and painting the Karnataka Flag, family pic dressed up in the combination of the red and yellow colour of the flag, decorating home in red and yellow colour and celebrating Rajyotsava with family. The students participation spirit could be analysed by the audience by looking at the response received.
