You should influence the student community not because of any position but by courage, honesty, sincerity and commitment showed by you in the midst of great difficulty he said.

Investiture Ceremony is not just about providing titles, but about conferring responsibilities to the students, to take charge of the school and take it to the height they desire with their leadership and decision making skills, communication and teamwork said Vidya Kamath G, the Principal of Shakthi Residential School.
The School Parliament is formed after scrutinisingand selecting the earnest candidatesto give them a feel of functioning of an official administrative body. The selected students were honoured with their respective titles such as Head Girl, Head Boy, Home Minister, Sports Minister, Cultural Minister, HRD Minister, Minister for Health and Discipline, Minister for Environment and the respective Deputy Ministers along with the House Leaders.
The students’ council took the pledge to hold the school motto of Loyalty, Truth and Honour in high esteem. The Chief Guest congratulated them and advised them to be impartial and honest in discharging their duties. He also encouraged them to sustain the values. He reminded them that with position comes responsibility.The Principal of Shakthi Residential School administered the Oath taking by the students.
The Administrator of Shakthi Residential School Dr. K.C. Naik encouraged the newly appointed members of the council to put in honest efforts for future endeavour and become an inspiration for others.The establishment of a Student Council gives students an opportunity to acquire the sort of communication, planning and organisational skills which will be beneficial to them in their future he conveyed.
The Programme began with a prayer followed by a Welcome Dance by Sinchana Hegde of Grade 8.
The Head Girl, Chinmayee Bhat and Sidhanth J Achar, the Head Boy promised to shoulder the responsibility firmly and efficiently. The rest of the council members followed.
Sri Ramesh K, the Chief Advisor, Prakyath Rai, the Institute Development Officer, the co-ordinators Poornesh P and Rajesh Kharvi along with the teaching staff were present on this occasion. The Parents and the students joined us live from home.
Bhavyashri, Maths Teacher welcomed the guest and the invitees while Bhavya Amin, EVS Teacher proposed the vote of thanks. Shrivara, Sanskrit teacher sought the blessings of the almighty and Sharanappa, Kannada teacher concluded by singing the National Anthem.Bhaskara N. Social Science Teacher compered the show.

ಶಕ್ತಿ ನಗರದ ಶಕ್ತಿ ರೆಸಿಡೆನ್ಶಿಯಲ್ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಶಾಲಾ ಮಂತ್ರಿಮಂಡಲವನ್ನುಇಂದು ಶಾರದಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಕೇತನ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರಾದ ಮೋಹನ್‌ ಇ-ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಮೂಲಕ ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಂದ ಸಿಗುವ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ, ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಂಬಲ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಬದುಕಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಪಾರವಾದ ಪ್ರಭಾವವನ್ನು ಬೀರುತ್ತದೆ. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಓದಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದಿದ್ದರೆ, ಅವನ ಇತರ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ, ಪ್ರತಿಭೆಗಳನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಿ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿದರೆ, ಆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯ ಬದುಕು ಬೆಳಗುವಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರೂ ಸಹಕಾರಿಯಾಗುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಈ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇಂದಿನ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲೇ ಕುಳಿತು ಪಾಠ ಕೇಳುವ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ, ಶಾಲೆಯ ವಾತಾವರಣ, ಅವರಜವಾಬ್ಧಾರಿಯನ್ನು ನೆನಪಿಸುವ ಸಲುವಾಗಿ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ಬಹಳ ಉಪಯುಕ್ತವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಶಾಲೆಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ಬೆಂಬಲವನ್ನು ಗುರುತಿಸಬಹುದು ಎಂದು ಮಂತ್ರಿಮಂಡಲದ ಪ್ರತಿಜ್ಞಾವಿಧಿ ಸ್ವೀಕಾರ ಸಮಾರಂಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
ಅವರು ಮುಂದುವರಿದು, ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಬದುಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂರು ಮುಖ್ಯ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ನೆನಪಿನಲ್ಲಿಡಬೇಕು. ಅವಗಳೆಂದರೆ ಗಮನ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಮತ್ತುಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಬದುಕಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಎಂತಹ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳು ಬಂದರೂ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗಮನಹರಿಸದೆ, ತಮ್ಮಗುರಿ ಸಾಧನೆಯತ್ತ ಗಮನ ಹರಿಸಬೇಕು. ನಾಯಕತ್ವಎನ್ನುವುದುಒಂದುಗುಂಪನ್ನು ನೀವು ಯಾವರೀತಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹಿಡಿತದಲ್ಲಿರಿಸುತ್ತೀರಿ ಎನ್ನುವುದುಲ್ಲ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜವಾಬ್ಧಾರಿಯನ್ನು ನಿಭಾಯಿಸುತ್ತ ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಿಚಾರಧಾರೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಆ ಗುಂಪಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ಎಂತಹ ಪ್ರಭಾವವನ್ನು ಬೀರಿದ್ದೀರಿ ಎನ್ನುವುದರ ಮೇಲೆ ನಾಯಕತ್ವ ಗುಣಗಳು ನಿರ್ಧರಿತವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕೆಲಸಕಾರ್ಯಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬರಿಗೆ ಸ್ಫೂರ್ತಿ, ಪ್ರೇರಣೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದರು.
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಾದ ಭಾಸ್ಕರ್‌ ಎನ್. ಮೂರ್ತಿ, ಭವ್ಯ ಶ್ರೀ ನಿರೂಪಿಸಿದರು. ಭವ್ಯ ಅಮೀನ್ ವಂದಿಸಿದರು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಎಜ್ಯುಕೇಶನ್‌ ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್‌ನ ಆಡಳಿತಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಡಾ. ಕೆ ಸಿ ನಾಕ್, ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಸಂಜೀತ್ ನಾಕ್, ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಸಲಹೆಗಾರ ರಮೇಶ್ ಕೆ, ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರಖ್ಯಾತ್‌ ರೈ, ಶಕ್ತಿ ರೆಸಿಡೆನ್ಶಿಯಲ್ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾ ಜಿ ಕಾಮತ್ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಪರಿಷತ್ತಿನ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.
